Using the website

Use the site lawfully and respect rights in text, images, audio and software. Do not resell or redistribute paid content except as the licence or law permits. The site guarantees no educational outcome or professional accreditation. No checkout is active yet; before enabling it, the total price, taxes, delivery and activation terms and seller details must be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected, without an exclusive jurisdiction clause that removes them. Dated changes apply prospectively and do not remove existing purchase rights.

Licence and availability

1 learner / 5 learners, including the owner / Up to 500 learners. After activation, each learner sets a private password and signs in with their own email on any device.

Digital product; no physical shipping. After verified payment, access instructions are sent to the adult account email. The licence covers this workbook level only.

All updates, additions and fixes for Level 1 are included.

All fixes and updates for this level are free for existing buyers. Future levels are separate products.

Your mandatory legal remedies for defects, non-delivery and inaccurate descriptions remain available. Send your order reference, purchase date and request to support. Any refund due will be made using the original payment method within the legal deadline. Exceptions for digital content apply only when their legal conditions are met.

There is no blanket exclusion of refunds. Where Turkish law applies, the statutory exception for immediately supplied intangible goods or immediately performed electronic services may apply only when its conditions are met; a download alone does not resolve the status of a product awaiting activation. In the EU/EEA, early digital delivery removes withdrawal rights only with the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation. Otherwise applicable withdrawal rights remain. Defective, undelivered or misdescribed content retains mandatory remedies.

Where a statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies and no valid exception has arisen, notify us or the checkout merchant within that period. For digital content the period normally starts when the contract is concluded. An optional notice may state: “I withdraw from my purchase”, followed by product, order number, purchase date, adult buyer name and contact details. Do not send card details. Mandatory rights prevail over any translation difference.
